"Oi, you still awake?" You heard Levi ask you while you both laid in bed.

It was long past midnight already and it seemed like both of you were pretty much staying up this night. You loved yet hated the condition you were in. Levi had to marry in two days. Two days and he was just going to be out of your life. Forever. Unless, of course, he is okay with the idea of being a dick and cheating on his wife. However, Levi isn't that cruel or indifferent not to care of the girl's feelings.

"Yeah. I'm still thinking about... y'know. The wedding. Should I even come? I'm not sure if your parents will be okay with that. Plus, I have nothing to wear." You said and turned around to face him. His features illuminated by the glowing silvery moonlight emitting from the window were making his face look even more beautiful than usual and as a result got you staring at it even more.

"Tch. One - I don't care what my parents will think. Two - I will buy you something to wear. And three - stop staring at my face already, makes me think I've got something on my teeth while talking." He said and plopped himself up, supporting his weight on his right elbow and facing you fully.

His act made the blanket draped over your bodies to slip down a little and reveal his chiseled chest, which made you redden and look to the side.
Not that you haven't seen him naked before - heck you were having sex with him before a few hours - but seeing him naked made you somewhat bashful as to the way he wasn't even one bit bothered to show his body to you. And on his side, he just enjoyed seeing your shy side and your cheeks burning with embarrassment as you turn around, each and every single time. He just loved making you embarrassed.

"Okay, I'm coming then. Are you really okay with buying me a dress, though? I know your parents have money to spill and everything, mainly because that is the reason why we can't be officialy together, but won't they get mad?" You asked and he huffed.

"They won't even notice. As you said - they have money to spill. A few hundreds isn't that much to be easily seen. Plus, it's not a bad thing to buy a little something for my girlfriend from time to time." He said sounding totally indifferent about it as you huffed a little.

"Girlfriend sounds so wrong coming out of the mouth of a man marrying in two days."

"I want to call you mine as much as I can in those two last days though, okay?" He pulled you towards him and once you were met with his built chest the pressure was taken off your shoulders.

You finally seemed to relax a little, since with the upcoming wedding you've been getting more and more anxious. Obviously enough, Levi - as the man he is - noticed your change for the worse by the minute, but he had nothing to assure you with that everything would be okay and you both just went on with the fact that you'll have to stop seeing each other after the wedding.

"You call me yours everyday since we started secretly going out, dumbass. That's two years by now." You joked with a slight pout on your face, while wrapping your arms around him.

"And you call me dumbass, since day one, which makes three years by now. Stop already will you, brat?" He asked and yet his grip around your waist remained untouched which meant he was just joking around.

"Only when you stop calling me a brat." You smirked and with your head on his shoulder you could clearly see the rising and falling of his chest, your indicator that he was still alive and here in one piece.

"Not happening, brat." He said and you held in a slight chuckle. "Now go to sleep. Tomorrow we're going to buy you a dress." He demanded and you sighed.

"Okay. Goodnight, Levi." You closed your eyes, shifting your head's position and laying it in the crook of his neck.

"Goodnight... brat." He said softly while kissing your forehead gently and hugging you closer to himself, absorbing from your body heat as much as he could in the chilly November night.

...

The next morning you woke up to a shivering Levi due to the lack of blankets on his body. Apparently, you were moving around a lot in your sleep and last night your sleeping form had stolen all of the blankets from him. He chose to stay half-naked that night and not get seperate blankets because he was lazy so he literally brought this upon himself.

You huffed in determination that you haven't done anything bad, but as your eyes landed upon his face you couldn't deny you pitied him in that moment. His innocent - you could even say childlike - face had furrowed brows and twitching lip from the coldness, while the other part of his body was snuggled up in a little ball to get the maximum out of its own heat.

You looked at his face then his embryonic position and guilt took over you. You gently placed the blanket over his body, making sure he didn't wake up from your actions and when you saw his face relax a little a smile invaded your features. You went to the bathroom quietly, not making any noise. After closing the door behind yourself, you stripped off your clothes and went in the shower cabin, turning the fauset on and letting the hot water hit your skin.

When you were ready with the shower, you wrapped a towel around your body and took another one to dry your hair with, which you hung around your shoulders. You slowly exited the bathroom, searching for your boyfriend's sleeping figure on the bed with your eyes, but the only things you saw were the neatly folded blankets, so you guessed he was already in the kitchen.

You went in the kitchen to see him preparing coffee for both of you. "Good morning, love." You said and kissed his cheek.

"Good morning, princess. I thought you'd wait for me to take a shower." He handed you the coffee and you sat down, still in your towel.

"You were too cute, I couldn't force myself to wake you up." You ckuckled and he rolled his eyes.

"I'm not cute, I'm--"

"Manly, yeah I know." It was your time to roll your eyes at him as you placed the cup of coffee on the counter and got up. "I'll be here in a few minutes. I have to dress up. In the meantime, the shower is free for use." You started walking to the bedroom with Levi following suit behind you, but you parted ways when you headed to the wardrobe and he entered the bethroom.

...

"Now, what do we have for breakfast?" You asked after you dried your (h/l) (h/c) hair and Levi dressed after his shower. You both sat at the table with coffee cups in your hands.

"I'm lazy to cook today. Plus I'm not hungry, yet. I can buy you something when we're out. Just dress up and we can go." He said while you nodded and took a sip from your coffee. You kept yourselves in your little comfortable silence until you drank your coffees and went into the bedroom to dress up.

You wore a pair of black jeans with a long sleeved shirt with floral pattern and your cozy grey coat and black boots. There was no sign of snowing anytime soon, yet you kept wearing them because of how comfortable they were.Levi wore his usual black leather jacket over a dark red shirt and a pairof  ripped jeans with black combat boots.

In this specific attire he really looked like some anti-social bad boy, who would just smoke behind the high school's building and skip classes to walk around in town while having women from any age gawk at him. Or maybe he could pass as a thug who'd stab you if you talk to him with disrespect. You actually loved this side of him. He could talk as he liked and he could dress as he liked and do anything like he liked it.

In other words - the real Levi. You actually fell in love with the real Levi nearly three years ago when you met him in all of his glory and called him a dumbass. You didn't like the one who was forced to wear special formal suits and go to fancy meetings with the others CEOs from the country, just the normal free Levi without anything pulling him back to be with you.

After all, a CEO wouldn't really let you call him an "insolent fucking dumbass", right?

"So, where do we go first?" You asked as you both walked down the main street, both deciding that the weather was good enough for you to go wherever you wanted to go on foot. It was indeed strangely sunny for a November weekend.

"A bistro maybe. You said you were hungry." He answered and you nodded.

The rest of the walk towards the bistro was full of indirect jokes, puns and occassional insults as you laughed and he chuckled most of the time, not being able to hold back when he was with you. When you arrived and you sat at a table, you both gave your orders to a waitress and in no time the food and drinks were at your table, fresh and delicious.

"You enjoying yourself?" Levi asked you and you nodded your head furiously whilst munching on your blueberry muffin. He chuckled at your cute responce and continued to drink from his black tea.

"Hey, Levi?" You called out once you gulped. He didn't say anything but looked up at you instead and you already knew he was listening. "How's Petra? I mean, about her personality and the way she treats you. After all, your father forced you to spend most of your time with her in the last few months, you must've gotten to know her at least a little more than when you did as you were kids."

Levi stared at you in shock for a few seconds, probably thinking upon the posibility of mishearing something. Were you really that interested into knowing more about Petra? The woman that was going to take him away from you in two days? You were just too kind. He took a sip from his cup and placed it back down on the table with a little clink following it.

"Petra is... kind. I have known her since we were kids and she would always act like a spoiled brat, but she was good to everyone even the ones she didn't quite like. I didn't know her that much before, but in the last few months I spent I saw she hasn't really changed. She still likes me and infact I think I'm the only one who is displeased with this marriage, but anyways. Her good heart is actually the only part of her that pops out and other than that she's just a normal girl - squeaky, fragile and emotional. In other words - an annoying brat." He ended his speech about Petra with an irritated huff and even if you talked about her, you were still okay.

You weren't feeling depressed or jealous or anything of the kind. You didn't hate the girl. After all, how could you? She hasn't done anything to you. You had nothing to hate her for or even just dislike her. Other girls would probably want to cut her head off, but you weren't like that. Even in the slightest bit. Actually you could call yourself kind of happy for Levi getting to marry someone like her. After all, there were a lot of bitches out there or spoiled princesses, so you were happy that he got someone kind and caring.

"She sounds like a good girl, take care of her and don't make her cry, dumbass." You said and Levi glared at you.

"Why the fuck do you want me to be good to her? Don't you hate her or something?" He asked and you shook your head.

"How could I hate her when she hasn't done anything bad to me? It's just not right. I don't have a reason to do so. She was forced into this too, even if she isn't as displeased with all this as you are. It wasn't her choice to marry you nor to fall in love with you." You said as if mather-of-factly and he shook his head.

"Brat." He murmured under his nose.

You're just too fucking good. He thought in the same time.

"Now, I've had enough chit-chat. Let's go and buy a dress." You said and dragged him out of the bistro after he paid the bill and you both went into a clothing store.

You watched around the women's department and yet found nothing to suit your liking. One dress was too fluffy, another too slim, others revealed or hid your body too much, it was a hard choice to be done. While you were watching through the place for a dress to suit you, a certain (f/c) dress caught Levi's eyes and he quickly went to take a better look at it. The dress was strapless, went just above the knee, a little fluffy at the end and had a black belt and black dantels around the collar and edge.

He found himself staring at you then back at the dress, already being able to imagine you in it. With quick movements he went to your side, grabbed your hand and then literally dragged you to the changing rooms. He then proceeded to push you inside and throw the dress at you before closing the door.

"Levi! What the he---"

"Just put on the dress, brat. I wanna see you in it." He said the last part only loud enough for himself to hear while you huffed and started to undress yourself on the other side of the door. He waited for you for a few minutes and called out, getting annoyed by the long wait you were putting him through. "Brat, what happened? Aren't you coming out?"

"Levi, I can't get the zipper. It's stuck at the back." You said from the other side and he clicked his tongue.

"Unlock the door and let me in. I'll fix it."

"No!"

"Why?" His eyebrows furrowed and formed a little frown on his face.

"Because, it's... embarrassing." You muttered but he still heard you, huffing at your shy answer.

"You're always cute when you're bashful, but now's not the time. Open the damn door and let me fix the zipper, brat."

"Okay." A click was heard and Levi opened the door, getting into the little space with your back turned to him. He looked and indeed the zipper of your dress was stuck at your waist.

"Don't move around." He demanded and put his hand on your waist to keep you in place while his other hand caught the zipper and pulled slowly up, putting a controlled amount of force in each movement. He froze for a second upon seeing your (f/c) bra, but built up his composure almost immediately and zipped up the dress fully.

You turned around and faced him, he could now see how truly beautiful you were and how the dress made you look like a royalty of some kind. It was showing out your shoulders and collarbones, making some of the hickeys he made on your clear (s/c) skin last night visible for everyone who were to cross paths with you. He didn't really care thought, they just meant you were his. He smirked upon seeing how red your cheeks were and you shifted your weight from your left leg to the right one out of nervousness.

"Well...?" You asked him.

"Seeing you in this dress just makes me wanna jump you right now." He smirked and you slapped his chest.

"Don't talk shit!" You quickly exclaimed and he moved closer, the smirk still present on his features.

"But I'm awfully honest with you, brat." He said seductively and hovered over you, seeing as you couldn't run away after your back was pressed against the cold wall behind you. He leaned in and started to trail little gentle kisses on the side of your neck, making your heart beat erratically in your ribcage as your breathing became fast. "The dress suits you perfectly. You look like a princess." He said and cupped your face with his hands, framing it and adoring its beauty.

"But not like a spoiled one, right?" You smirked slightly. He nodded.

"No, like the real ones."

"I'm glad you think so. After all a CEO represents a prince at least a little, that just means I got my prince to buy me a dress to look a little prettier." You smiled and he kissed your nose softly.

"Dumbshit, you're always beautiful. You don't need this dress to be pretty." He said and you smiled.

"Thanks." You kissed him gently and then quickly slipped out of his hands. "Now out!" You raised your voice while pushing him out the door and locking it once again as he cursed, already out of reach.

"Are we buying it?" He asked.

"Yep, definetely." You answered while starting to undress. You heard the raven huff as his footsteps became muffled and soon disappeared completely.

After putting on your own clothes and exiting the changing room, you looked around for Levi, but didn't see him and decided to search around for him. You supposed that he already took one of the other dresses that were on the shelf and bought it instead of waiting for you to hand him back the one you had to change into, so you left it back where it was supposed to be and went to search for Levi around the shop.

While you were too busy looking around, you didn't see a person bumping into you from the back, which resulted in both of you falling on the ground, clothes covering you fully and raining upon you like actual rain. After moving one blazer off your head, you looked ahead to see another female with strawberry blond hair and bright amber eyes staring back at you.

"I'm very sorry!" She apologized in a rushed way and you waved your hand at her while standing up on your feet.

"No problem." You said and held out your hand for her to grab. She took ahold of your hand and you quickly pulled her up, now both of you standing on your feet. "I'll help you collect them." You said and bent down starting to collect her clothes whilst she quickly knelt down as well and started to fold them carefully.

"Thank you very much. I appreciate your help." She smiled brightly and you smiled back while staring at her with your (e/c) eyes, observing her every move. This woman really reminded you of someone. Her looks were very alike with someone you knew, yet you couldn't put your finger on it.

After a few minutes of collecting clothes, everything was folded perfectly and put in order in big piles standing in both of your hands. You and the woman walked to the cashier, who was quite shocked to see two women wearing so much clothes, but helped you put them in bags never-the-less. As you helped the other woman, who was just around your own age or maybe a year or two older, carry all the bags she'd bought, you both took a seat on a near bench. As you wiped the sweat off your forehead, you smiled to her, Levi being totally forgotten.

"Well, now that was a good challenge." You said and she smiled.

"However, you didn't need to bother yourself. I'm sorry for making you help me." She casted her eyes downwards and you huffed.

"Please. I loved it. I needed some training anyways. I enjoyed helping you. I'm (Y/N)." You held your hand out and she shook it with a bright smile on her lips.

"Petra. Nice to meet you, (Y/N). I hope we can be friends." She said and you suddenly remembered. Levi had shown you pictures of her. His future wife. Oh, God. You were with the woman that was taking away your boyfriend from you in two days.

Petra. She's prettier that I am, surely. I wonder how could Levi even think of choosing me over this beautiful creature. You thought and answered her with a small: "I hope so, too."

"You wanna take something to eat, (Y/N)? I wanna repay you for helping me." She asked and you gulped a little.

"No, it's good, I have to go soon."

"You were here with someone?"

"Yeah, I'm here with my boyfriend. He wanted to buy me a dress."

"Oh, is there a special occasion?"

"Yeah..." You trailed off.

What should I say to her?!

"A close friend is marrying next week." You said. You didn't lie, though. The wedding was on Monday, now was Sunday, that just meant next week.

"That's good. Congratulations. I myself am marrying tomorrow." She said excitedly and you cracked a soft smile out of pure happiness.

This girl... She does deserve Levi. I can hand him over more calmly now. You thought.

"Congrats to you as well then. The boy must be a lucky guy." You smiled.

"Actually he already is. Since he already had somebody to love long before we came to a reuninion. Plus he seems very happy with the girl he has right now. He doesn't really want to marry me, I know it and I don't mind. I've told him to reject the wedding in front of his parents, but he just clicks his tongue and stops talking to me for the next few minutes. He's quite closed in, so the girl who caught his attention is special in a way. He doesn't fall in love just like that. You have to have something special." She explained and you chuckled.

"Seems like we both have work with tough men. Mine is just like that. He's pretty cold and indifferent most of the time, but when he opens up he's just the sweetest thing on Earth." You said and this time you both chuckled.

"Men."

"Yeah." You sighed and then felt a vibration inside of your pocket. "Sorry, Petra I have to take this." You said and picked up.

"Oi, brat. Where the fuck are you?" You heard Levi's irritated voice on the other side of the line and you turned around to Petra and pointed your finger at the phone.

"It's him." You whispered to which she giggled slightly and mouthed you a "good luck" with thumbs up. You just smiled to her and turned your attention back to Levi. "I'm on the benches with a friend of mine. Tell me where you are and I'll come. No need to get lost, shorty." You teased and Petra giggled behind you.

"The fuck?! You're shorter than I am, brat. Nevermind, I'm at the bistro from before. I'll wait for you. Don't worry the dress's with me." He said and you nodded even though you knew he couldn't see you.

"I'm coming your way, muffin. Just wait. I'll be there in a few." And you hung up before his colourful vocabulary could spill out like a river through the phone. You put the phone back in your pocket and turned to Petra.

"Muffin?" She questioned with a smirk on her face.

"Actually this is the first time I call him this way and I like it. But I have to go now. Sorry, Petra." You smiled to her apologetically. You both got up from the bench and she gave you a hug. You were taken aback at the start, but then you hugged back and smiled.

"Thanks for spending time with me, (Y/N). We'll see each other sometimes." She said and you huffed unhappily.

"You know what, give me your phone." You said and after she took out her phone, you snatched it from her hands and put your number in it, then quickly closed it after memorizing hers. "Call whenever you want and I'll be there. See you soon." You handed her the phone and she waved at you with a small "thanks" while you walked away.

...

You met up with Levi and you both got back to your apartment, you being silent the whole time while Levi asked the shit out of you about who were you with. You never once talked and decided to keep it as a surprise if not even a secret of a kind, the fact that you met Petra today or that you were now friends.

When you got home, Levi went in the bathroom for a shower and you laid on the bed when you heard a sudden song break the silence. You glanced up at your phone, that was vibrating and emitting the catchy tune. You picked up, not minding the ID and from the other side you recognized Petra's sweet voice.

"Hey, (Y/N)!" She said excitedly, obviously wanting to tell you something important.

"Hey, Petra." You greeted shortly and asked her: "What's up?"

"Actually I know I've just met you, but I was wondering if it'll be okay for you to come to my wedding tomorrow?" She said shyly while you bursted out with happiness.

"What?!" You screamed and suddenly realized you probably made her go deaf from your sudden outburst.

"(Y/N)! What the fuck happened?! Are you okay?!" Levi suddenly came out of the bathroom with the wrong impression that something bad happened to you due to your scream. His body was just in a towel and he still had shampoo in his hair due to his rush to get out. He stood at the doorframe of the bathroom, staring at you with wide eyes full of worry, but as he saw you laying on the bed with phone in hand, he tried to process the happening.

"(Y/N), who's that?" Petra asked from the other line and you quickly said to her:

"My boyfriend. Sorry, wait for a little." You glanced at the phone, then quickly threw it under your pillow and looked at Levi.

"Levi, calm down. Nothing happened. Well, something did happen, but I'll tell you later." You got up from the bed and went to his side, putting your hand on his tensed shoulder while looking at his confused eyes. "Now, finish up with the shower, sweetheart. Don't worry. I'm okay." You assured him and he cursed a little. As he insulted you and your stupidity, you just chuckled weakly and used your thumb to wipe away a little shampoo that was going to fall into his eyes from all the wet raven hair that stuck to his forehead.

"Brat, don't yell. I thought something bad happened. You better have an explanation when I get out of the shower later." He flicked your forehead and entered the bathroom once again while continuing to to mumble swears under his nose.

You chuckled again and jumped back on the bed, fishing the phone from under the pillow and bringing it back to your ear. "Sorry for that Petra. About the wedding. I'd love to go!" You said excitedly and heard her squeal on the other end of the line.

"I'm so glad you'll come! Bring your boyfriend along as well. They can get along well with Levi, if he comes of course." She said and you played dumb.

"Levi? I guess that's your fiance, so since he's the groom he'll surely attend his own wedding." You laughed a little and Petra chuckled along your side.

"Yeah, but well... Nevermind. I'll be happy to meet your boyfriend officially as well." She beamed but you had to ruin her expectations.

"Sorry, he's got some work tomorrow, but I'm definetely coming."

"Thanks. Then I'll see you tomorrow. I'll send you a message with the place and the time. Bye, (Y/N)." She said and you knew she was smiling.

"'Til tomorrow, bye Petra." You smiled and hung up.

...

"In fact, brat, who did you talk to earlier?" Levi asked you that same night as you cuddled in bed. You lifted your head up a little and said calmly:

"Petra."

"Tch. Yeah, of course--- Wait, what? Petra? As in Petra Ral? The girl I'm marrying tomorrow?" He asked, his eyes wide, his jaw clenched. You chuckled.

"Yeah, as in Petra Ral."

"That's not funny. What the fuck happened?" He frowned and you chuckled even more.

"We just met officially today. I helped her back at the clothing store and we talked a little, before you called me of course." You explained, your plan of keeping it away from him shattering into pieces.

"Why do you have her number?"

"We became friends pretty quickly and before I went to search for you I gave her my number. She called me while you were in the bathroom."

"I know that already. What did she want?" Levi spat.

"Don't talk like this. She isn't bad. And she did us a big favour."

"What favour?" Levi eyed you suspiciously while lifting up an eyebrow.

<"She invited me to your wedding tomorrow. Now I can go without problems with your parents and shit, because I'm her guest." You said with a proud smirk on your features. "Oh, you'll have to play very well tomorrow, because we're going to meet. You know, for the first time and everything. Should I call you a dumbass?" You chuckled and he flicked your forehead.

"Tch. Shitty brat. But I suppose you're right. Just... Don't cry too much, okay?" He said softly and you nodded slightly.

"Don't worry. It's a happy occasion."

"As you say brat. Now sleep. I'm leaving early tomorrow, I won't be able to see you." He kissed you gently and you melted into the kiss, but when you parted you felt a sudden pain striking your heart. You didn't know how you going to let go of this man.

Out of the nowhere, without a particular reason whatsoever, tears started to stream down your face, falling on Levi's neck and collarbone. He turned his attention to you, but didn't dare to say anything. He quietly just hugged you, feeling your pain and letting you cry on the crook of his neck until you fell asleep. He still held you tightly afterwards due to his strong love for you and the denial of having a need to let go.

If only his father wasn't an ass, maybe then you'll be the one under the altar. But no. He had made that stupid deal, he couldn't back down now and even more--- he was simply doing what people expected from him. Be rich. Be cold. Be cool. Play it nice. Be a gentleman. Don't date peasants. Meet up with everyone's expectations.

He did. He did meet everyone's expectations, but all he truly wanted to do right now was go and have a reassuring talk with his sister, punch his father in the face and call the wedding off. Why was it so hard for him to do these stuff anyway?

...

The next morning you woke up and took a shower, already knowing that Levi wouldn't be with you when you were awake. You looked over your messages and saw Petra's text telling you about the place and time of the wedding. You wrote it on a piece of paper and walked around your home carelessly for the rest of the morning.

One hour before the start of the wedding you dressed in the dress Levi bought you yesterday and chose suitable accessories for it. You let your hair down after combing it and took your coat. You stuffed the paper with the time and place in your pocket and exited your home, locking after yourself. You walked to the place where it had to happen. The wedding. It was a church near where you lived, so you quickly arrived there and went to search for Petra.

You entered inside the church and saw a few women around another circling around somebody else and squealing. You supposed it was them and went towards the group. When Petra saw you, her eyes shined and she introduced you to all of her friends. They were all good people and kind women, you liked them quite much. Petra and the others dragged you into some room to get even more prepared for the wedding and a few minutes before they were ready Petra wanted you to meet her fiance and future husband.

She led you to his room as only Hanji, Petra's cousin, and Mikasa, Levi's sister, came along with you two.

As Petra called out to Levi, your heart clenched. You hurt internally, but hid it behind your smile, knowing that you'll be able to cope with whatever as long as those two got married. Levi exited the room, but Hanji quickly pushed Petra from the way, stating that the groom mustn't see the bride before the wedding to which Levi just clicked his tongue.

You were just left there staring into Levi's eternal gray orbs while he stared with shock back at you. You were beautiful and he was so handsome you couldn't stop staring. The tension was quite awkward as Mikasa watched between you two, though. Hanji and Petra pulled you out of your trance and you reached out your hand towards him.

"(Y/N) (L/N). Nice to meet you. Don't be a dumbass and take care of my friend." Mikasa watched carefully Levi's reaction, obviously waiting for something which she got less than a second later. Her mind clicked the moment her big brother grabbed your hand gently and shook it while introducing himself as well. It hit Mikasa like a brick wall, because simply enough - her brother never did handshakes.

"Levi Ackerman. I'll try." He stared at you intensively, but you just smiled softly and right then Mikasa was sure - you already knew each other. She said nothing even when your hand stayed in Levi's longer than it should have, but as you saw the female raven gaze your way, you quickly yanked your hand back from his and looked away from his cold eyes.

This was it. Levi's wedding day. And you weren't even the bride. Nonetheless it was a beautiful wedding. You stood at the back of the audience as Levi and Petra said their vows. Levi would throw little glances your way, which you would avoid at all cost, not wanting to look into his eyes because Mikasa would notice that, each and every time.

At one point as the priest was just talking you drifted off in thoughts, but you snapped back in reality as you felt someone nudge your shoulder. You saw one tall brown haired male with emerald eyes looking at you.

"How can I help you?" You asked and he smiled.

"I know it's not my business, but you seem quite sad." His eyebrows furrowed slightly and the way his eyes gleamed made you furrow your own eyebrows in slight suspicion.

"And from where do you see that?"

"From the information my girlfriend told me."

"Your girlfriend?" You trailed off, your mind thinking of a single person. The one whose gaze was fixed on you the whole time since you were here and caught something suspicious during your introduction to her brother.

"You know who I mean, right?" The boy smirked.

"Mikasa, isn't it?" You asked and he nodded.

"You're in quite the - how should I say this - fucked up position, aren't you?" He asked. "I got it from when Mikasa told me. You already know the groom, no?" He asked while you both looked ahead.

"I'm his unofficial girlfriend from two years. I didn't want him to tell anyone, because of his future CEO status. It would be bad if a member of a wealthy family is dating a not-so-rich average person, wouldn't it?" The boy next to you shut up for a second after your words.

"What are you going to do?" He asked finally. You watched as Petra stared at Levi and Levi's mother cried in the first roll.

"Nothing."

"Giving him away?"

"Exactly."

"I don't think he'll let you."

"Why's that?"

"Mikasa already knew that her brother had a girlfriend, since he was rarely at the mansion in the last few years. It was just obvious to her. Now that she got to see how you both acted when you saw each other, it just clicked together. Plus, she told me you didn't even break a sweat and kept up the act like a professional the whole time. Good performance. Plus, it's getting a little obvious for me as well. They guy can't stop looking at you. Every five seconds and--- there it is." And really Levi did look at you right when the boy stopped talking, but you just looked down and then back up after a second to see him back to the wedding. "You shouldn't worry. Both Mikasa and Petra had a little conversation with him before the ceremony."

"What?!" Well, now that really made you freak out for a second.

"Hush down and watch." The boy said and you turned all of your attention to the happening at the altar.

"Do you, Petra Ral, take Levi Ackerman as your beloved husband to love and cherish him until death do you apart?" The priest asked and she nodded her head.

"I do." She said and Levi put the ring on her finger.

"And do you, Levi Ackerman, take Petra Ral for your beloved wife to love and cherish her until death do you apart?"

You stared at the priest with an instense gaze, which just fell apart when you saw the nervousness building up in Levi. You saw his hands were sweating and once in a few seconds he'd tap his foot on the ground. You knew him too well not to recognize as to when he was nervous.

And oh man, was Levi really nervous. More anxious then he could ever be in his whole life. Two women and only one to choose at the end. Of course, he wanted to choose you, he already had in his heart, but he had to marry Petra because of his parents. Just because she was a daughter of a wealthy family and nothing more. Yes, it wasn't going to be that bad with Petra, but the thought of seeing you for the rest of his life and not being able to hold you, kiss you and protect you, truly made him grit his teeth in unsaid pain.

"You know I knew you had your someone, I just thought you didn't really love her." Mikasa's words before the ceremony popped up in his head. "She's truly beautiful and strong not to cry and even come here, Levi. Don't torture her."

"If you're happy with whoever you're in love with in the moment you should be with her." Petra's statement hunt him down as well. "(Y/N) is really a kind girl. I do see why you love her."

"She doesn't deserve this. But the choice is only yours to make. Choose what you want." Mikasa had said earlier, the phrases now booming inside of his head.

"Choose who you want to be with Levi, not who you have to be with." Petra had told him as well.

"Do what you want for once in your life, will you? That'll make you happy, you'll see." Your face appeared in front of him accompanied by your words. "You're pretty cold, because you have no consciousness to spill over your choices. If one day you make your own choice without your parents you'll see how hard it is.

And he was totally seeing it now.

"Levi?" The priest asked.

"I..." He trailed off and looked towards you.

And there you stood, the love of his life motioning for him to say "I do" in front of the altar while you were in the audience, fighting back tears with the most bright smile he's ever seen on your face. You were urging him to do the right thing even though neither of you wanted things to end that way. You smiled like an angel, not letting your tears fall from your eyes as your gazes locked and all your eyes were telling him was your unconditional love for him. He was going to cry out of distress, but then the words everyone always told him repeated over and over in his head.

"Do what you want."

And that was what he was going to do. With determination in his eyes he looked straight towards Petra snd she understood that he had made his choice. Finally.

"I can't. Petra, you've always been a friend and one of the many that told me to do what I want. And that's exactly what I'm doing. I'm not marrying, at least not yet and not for you, because I already have someone else. She's been here since the beginning and is still here in the end, trying to make me to say "I do" right now, but I can't. I can't do that to the woman I love. I'm sorry, Petra, everyone. There is gonna be no wedding." Levi ended talking and you, along with most of the people in the room, were gawking at his words.

"What does this mean, son? I thought we had a deal?" His father got up from the first roll and went towards the raven.

"We don't anymore. I'm not doing the shit you want me to because I don't want to." Levi said.

"Tch." His father clicked his tongue. "Let's go, honey. If there won't be a wedding---"

"Wait, there may be a wedding!" Petra exclaimed and ran towards you, making your eyes pop out from shock. Everyone stopped getting up from their seats and sat back down, looking at you in awe. "Here have it." She handed you her bouquet and you took it hesitantly while walking down the aisle.

"But, Petra---"

"No, buts, (Y/N). I know you love him and he loves you, don't worry. It's all good." She whispered with a smile as you just looked at her warily.

"Are you really sure? This was supposed to be your big day."

"It's fine, now from where did we stop?" She getsured for the priest to continue as she took her place behind you and smiled. You turned around and looked at Levi. He looked at you so lovingly, you could've stayed melted on the carpet of the church forever.

"Now, to continue. Do you, (Y/N)..." The priest trailed off.

"(L/N)." You and Levi stated simultaneously as he nodded. You could hear people giggling behind you at how innocently synchronized you and the raven were.

"Do you, (Y/N) (L/N), take Levi Ackerman for your lawfully wedded husband - to love and cherish him until death do you apart?" The priest asked and you smiled.

"I do." You said as you smiled to Levi and he smirked slightly.

"And do you, Levi Ackerman, take (Y/N) (L/N) for your lawfully wedded wife - to love and cherish her until death do you apart?" You stared at Levi softly, making him answer almost immediately, without a second wasted in hesitation.

"Fuck yes." He smiled softly and behind you could be heard a cacophony of little gasps, probably coming from the people who knew Levi and his never smiling identity.

"Then I pronounce you husband and wife. You can kiss the bride."

The priest closed his small book as Levi pulled you towards him skilfully and kissed you softly and tenderly that you couldn't suppress the smile that sprung out on your lips. Everyone cheered even though this wasn't the outcome they came to see. Petra and all of the other girls hugged you and some even cried, some like Hanji, but you were all happy.

Then, there were they, Levi's parents.

"It's a pleasure as always." You said, bowing a little to them, ignoring Michael's cold attitude as you felt Kuchel hugging you.

"I'm happy to finally have a daughter-in-law after so many years. I'm expecting grandchildren as well someday." She grinned at you as you hugged her back.

"You'll have them at one point." You smiled and turned towards Levi's father, you saw Michael flinch slightly at the seriousness of your expression.

"I expect from us to bear with each other, not to love or accept each other, Mr. Ackerman. I never once thought that I'd be able to get your blessing and my own father isn't here so he could give his, so you're left all alone in the "against this" team. I'm sure you'd be great friends with my father if he and mother were still alive but they aren't, so please enjoy yourself with your family more. I know what it is not to have one, so cherish yours while you still have it." You said and turned around as he said coldly:

"I never liked you, (L/N), but we are now a family. Maybe you're not a full shitty brat as long as that little runt took a liking to you."

You grinned when you turned your back to the older raven, but left without saying anything, going back to Levi's side and hugging him. "How was it?" He asked.

"Perfect." You said. "Now all ladies, gather around. I'm throwing the bouquet." You exclaimed and in no time all the single women were in front of you. "You ready?" You asked and they all squealed determined to catch that bouquet. You turned around and threw the bouquet, there were screams and cries heard and when you turned around you saw the most amazing thing ever.

Petra and Mikasa both had a hand on the bouquet and stared at it shocked, nearly as much as everyone else did. They looked at you and you all laughed together. As you turned back towards Levi you saw him staring at you softly, he was actually the happiest man on Earth right now. He put his hand around your waist and pulled you closer, making you kiss his cheek sweetly.

"I can't actually believe we just got married." Was what you wanted to say, because you were still ecstatic and highly confused by all of this. It happened too fast. And it was too good to be true. You got new friends, you married the man you love and you actually got along with his father because he finally accepted you. It was as if you were on cloud nine. But in the end, it didn't matter how unrealistic this all was, the thing that mattered was the fact that it was all real.

"Do you want to take something to eat or drink?" You asked. He just simply shook his head.

"No."

"Then what do you want?"

"All I'll ever want is you." He smiled and you couldn't suppress a smile as well, after all this was the happiest day of your life.

With the only man you'll ever want in your life.
